London is home to a growing number of co-working spaces and clubs designed just for women. Rumours that NYC’s The Wing will be launching one of their first international sites in the city, is an encouraging sign that there is a real appetite and need for this type of work space. The community of female founders and start-ups in London is growing and these clubs create amazing support networks for women to thrive. Here are our favourite three spaces for you to try out.
Blooms London was launched in 2017 as part of the Blooms community for women which was created to support female entrepreneurs in the city. Based close to Liverpool Street in the Cocoon Networks building, the space is definitely inspiring, from the interior design to the relaxed but buzzy atmosphere and layout which gives you the option to move around and work where you like.
Their aim is to provide flexible memberships and a work environment which suits early stage female founders with a focus on supporting you to grow your network and business.
Blooms members have access not only to co-working but also an on-site crèche which is perfect for anyone balancing motherhood with building a business.
A full programme of events is also part of the membership as well as access to mentoring sessions with experts and investors. While the co-working space is female-focused, membership is open to all genders.
Membership starts at £30 a month plus VAT (1 day access to the space and events through to residence membership which gives you unlimited access at £250 a month plus VAT
